How to create an irresistible offer and book more coaching clients in 2023

You don't have to be a mega star or have millions of followers to have a loyal community. Proof of this is Make-Up artist Yasmin James, who managed to fill up her Actio classes in no time by doing the simplest and most obvious thing.

How do you get droves of people lining up around the block to work with you? How do you get people to go bananas and want to have a paid coaching session with you?

Not all offers are created equal. Some are downright awful. Others aren’t horrible but leave a lot to be desired. And then there are the irresistible offers. That’s the one we’re talking about today. Keep reading to find out how to create an irresistible offer.

One of the biggest mistakes that I see new coaches make is creating invitations to free livecasts that, quite frankly, don’t make sense to their ideal clients. Often, our ideal clients don’t have the same language or “jargon” that we have when it comes to personal development. Someone who truly needs a life coach often comes to this realisation based on something in their life “not working” and although, “living a more enlightened and empowered life” sounds cool--it may feel a bit too lofty or intangible for now.

Here’s the thing: when you are offering free livecasts or paid livecasts, people need to know exactly what is possible from engaging in the session. It is our job to guide our potential clients and help them understand the ROI or outcomes that become possible through coaching. People want to feel understood and supported.

Meet your clients where they are. Be explicit in what results are possible through a free livecast call or paid session by acknowledging where your client is when they come to you and where they will be after your work together.

The key ingredients to an irresistible offer

  1. Name your paid livecast something captivating
  2. Make it rare and valuable so they feel lucky to get it
  3. Create a bulleted list of benefits of what they're going to get from having the session with you. (results!)
